Describes the initial state of the quantum system. Possible arguments are:

Options:

oct_is_groundstate:
Start in the ground state.
oct_is_excited:
Currently not in use.
oct_is_gstransformation:
Start in a transformation of the ground-state orbitals, as defined in the block OCTInitialTransformStates.
oct_is_userdefined:
Start in a user-defined state.
